Daycare update!! I didn't remove Naveen from the waiting list at the daycare that I complained about. I would have, except that I have waited 5 months already and I don't want to start the clock all over again at some other place just b/c I'm annoyed with the current place. If I do that, the only person that gets screwed is me, unfortunately. And we didn't put our names on the waiting list for the daycare we checked out on Tuesday, because they told us it would be anywhere from 8-12 months before we get a spot. GREAT. I'll just stick with what I've got right now.

So I called the daycare (we'll call it Happy Kids) on Tuesday and talked to someone named Candace who said she is going through the list to find out if people are still interested. She said to call her at the end of the week to find out where we are at. So I called her today and she was really nice and professional. And she told me that there are now 8 people ahead of us, instead of 11. And if 2 of those 8 don't call her back by the end of today, there are only 6 people ahead of us b/c those 2 will get knocked out for not returning the calls in a week's time. SO...everyone cross your fingers. Now let's just hope there are no siblings that pile up on the list again.
